The hotel had a great location and friendly staff who were very accommodating. Rooms were clean but a bit small, and the dining experience could use more variety, especially for meat options at breakfast. It felt comfortable and welcoming, ideal for those exploring Jerusalem.

Unboxing my experience
The staff's warmth and the cleanliness were good. Breakfast had variety, touching several dietary preferences, with complimentary wine and chocolates enhancing my stay. Just a short stroll to the Old City made exploring easy. A lovely choice for travelers seeking comfort and convenience.

clean, good breakfast, lots of tv channels, room was small but contained everything that was needed, very nice shower, pleasant and friendly staff, great location.
No complaints! We did not like this hotel when it was the Windmill, but there have been many upgrades to the Prima Royale. I would stay there again on my next visit.

The waiter in the restaurant from Arab East Jerusalem, an extremely pleasant and diplomatic man
I am english and jewish secular. I like toast and marmalade for breakfast. Your jams are not marked as to what they are. There is no decent marmalade. Your jams are the cheapest and absolutely revolting. Your jams are the most disgusting of any hotel which I have ever stayed in. However, your evening buffet was very pleasant. . Thankyou and shalom
